Certified Professional Instructors
To maintain our high quality, we only use certified, professional instructors who are constantly re-tested on content and presentation skills. After completing our rigorous testing, each instructor is evaluated by every student. The instructor must maintain higher than a 92 percent overall approval rating.

Client-Site Training
If it's more convenient, we can arrange classes to be held at your company. We'll send certified instructors and courseware for complete training wherever you need it. Included is our free Help Desk support for sixty days after any standard application class. By training at your site you can adapt the training so your staff receives the right training for your business. Minimize travel expenses and loss of productivity. Schedule training when and where you need it.

Learning Guarantee
We have a Learning Guarantee for every class. If a student attends a class and does not feel proficient on the topics presented, the student may repeat the class at our facility at no charge, on a space available basis. A class can be repeated for up to six months from the original class date.

Post-Class Help Desk Support
In addition to the Learning Guarantee, students are provided with Help Desk for a full 60 days after taking desktop applications courses. Ask an expert questions about the course.

Online ANYTIME
Students also have an online companion course available for six months through Online ANYTIME to the class they take in the center. That means they can retake their course anytime they want through simulated exercises to help reinforce learning.

Learning Guide
You receive it as a reference tool while in class. A full version eCourseware is available online for reference for a 6 month period after the course.
